New class schedule, with 2 locations in New West – Sapperton (Coquitlam, Burnaby, New West border).
Small classes, lots of variety in each class, all lead and taught by myself, Penny T – Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, Health Educator/Writer, Lifestyle Coach & Whole Food Chef.
Classes are for WOMEN and ALL FITNESS LEVELS – everything can be modified.
